TRAIN THE TRAINER

4 Days, Nov./Dec. ’23

Our office bristling with ideas during our “Train the Trainer”-workshop! 💡🤓🧠

We deep dove into active learning techniques, participatory approaches, developed new skills and shared bucketfuls of ideas.
We then followed up with a second part, where the ideas became reality and the future trainers continued their training-journey.
This workshop is part of our HamWatan-project. One of HamWatan’s goals is to strengthen voluntary work and empower people to participate in society.

HOUSING WORKSHOP in Kollaboration mit Flatwise

Nov./Dez. 2023

The Berlin housing market is not the nicest place – we have all been there. But together with Flatwise we offered a workshop, that might have made some journeys to the right housing a bit more bearable!

Read a little bit about the content in the following excerpt of the invitation. We for sure will repeat this workshop in 2024, so stay tuned or register for our newsletter to be the first to get notified.

“Whether you’re facing challenges with the critical rental market or just starting your journey, our workshop is tailored to provide you with the tools and knowledge for success. Join our experts and take the first step towards securing your new home in Berlin with confidence.

What we offer:

  • Essential Info on topics like renters’ rights, the Wohnberechtigungsschein (WBS), and how to become a part of Wohnungsbaugenossenschaften. The aim is to give you a solid understanding of the foundational aspects of renting in Berlin.
  • Individual Assistance in the second, personalized segment: Our advisors will guide you on creating compelling rental applications. Learn what landlords are looking for and how to present yourself as the ideal tenant.
  • Find the right opportunities as we explore various routes for securing a flat, from traditional listings to less-known methods that could increase your chances of finding a suitable place.”
